After the quarantine
Opinion columns written by Tenth Grade Students.
Tenth grade students, along with their Textual Production (PT) teachers, present “The World After the Quarantine”, a compilation of 84 opinion columns written by them.
These writings have been a two-month work of discussions, drafts, virtual platform meetings with each of the students, adjustments and reviews.
After a long effort made by the young people, Teacher Juan Carlos Muñoz, applied format to the book and published it in the Issuu repository. Similarly, Professor Catherine Avila made the front cover and the back cover.
In the book’s preface, the teachers of the school recognized the work of the students and dedicated a few words to them: “With great hope, we, the three teachers of the subject perceived notorious advances in the writing of the students and we see how it helps them gain confidence to express opinions about the school, the city, the country. This is the attitude of conscious citizens who are responsible for providing ideas to rebuild the country after the devastating lesson of the pandemic.”
